We start with a complimentary consultation where I want to hear from you! What are your dreams for this trip?
Do you want to have dinner inside of Cinderella Castle? Do you want to visit the cafe where JK Rowling wrote Harry Potter? Or see the rugged cliffs in western Ireland? Maybe you want to make pasta at a family’s home in Italy, or find the best croissant in Paris, or taste whisky in Scotland?
This is the time to gather your vision. Let’s dream big! I will let you know what is possible with your vision, budget and time.
Consultations are over the phone or via Zoom.
This is where I go to work and put your dream together.
Full proposals are normally sent out 48 hours-1 week after our consultation. If you want a custom-built European trip this process can take up to a few weeks as I work with in-country partners (who live and operate on a very different time zone).
After you receive your proposal we can set up a time to go over your itinerary together, or you can simply email me any changes. Once we settle on a proposal you are happy with I send you a credit card authorization and electronic payment link.

I don’t just book your trip! It’s my job to help you prepare. Official documents, visitor taxes, packing list, technology assistance, currency, using your phone overseas, insurance, emergency contact information, names & phone numbers for your drivers & guides, cultural tips, etc.
